Pumping

This page explains the reason for getting your Septic Tank Pumped and how often.

When city sewer is unavailable then the residence must rely on a Septic Tank to collect the effluent generated from the dwelling.

As time goes by and product that does not get metabolize (eat up) in the Septic Tank, begins forming a sludge base. When this happens and the Septic Tank does not get pumped, then this sludge begins to flow into the laterals. Over a period of time this will seal the ground and prevent drainage.

When this happens you will experience (slow drainage, wet spots in yard, odor, or backing up in the house).
